Happy #aceweek !
So today is focusing on how being ace affects relationships. In my past experiences it hasn't been very positive. When I told my boyfriend (now ex) he decided to be a asshole. I ended up breaking up with him. He ended up calling me mentally ill and told me to go to the doctors to get it fixed, because something was obviously wrong with me and it was medical. So that wasn't good, and I'm deffinently wary of relationships now.
On a lighter note, the rest of my friends that do know are okay with it!
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how appreciative I am for so many people in my life and how I am so grateful for times they have been there for me and I hope in return I can always be there for them. I am so happy that I get to grow and and change and learn new things with y’all. So for this comic I combined the themes from inktober day 19 & 20 to capture that. Here’s “Tread” and “Treasure”.
As NuDay Syria stands with all displaced Syrian civilians who have been victims of the humanitarian crisis in Syria as a direct cause of having been used as pawns for their own and other governments in order to achieve political and financial gains as well as ensure others cannot live freely, we take a formal stance against letting any terrorists or suspected terrorists not stand court and receive the legal repercussions of their actions. However, keep in mind that civilian camps in Syria are not now nor have they been refuge for persons with terrorist intent, nor will they be.
NuDay Syria’s mission continues to support civilian women and children, enclosing them with love and hope, despite an increasing sense that they are alone. Our teams have endured eight years of many kinds of attacks and stand strong against all types of hatred, ready to continuously share our message of tangible relief from families in the US, love in the shape of a teddy or school supplies, and a way to support their families by offering ways of self-sustainability. 📸: @nudaysyria /2019
