I love a beautiful flowy dress picture as much as the next travel blogger, but real life comfort comes from Lululemon leggings & Nike’s to keep up with the 10 miles we walked that day. Can I get an amen? 🙌🏼 Also it was pouring down rain 20 minutes after we took this so zero outfit regret 🤷🏼♀️
Larry sharing his London experience with his family back home. Having contact with his family was incredibly important to Larry during his trip to Europe. It created a connection to home and allowed his family to be present in his experience and understand his mission - sharing the healing power of the yidaki with the world.

We are currently raising funds to film follow up interviews and other key scenes with the Gurruwiwis in Arnhem Land in October.
We also have the privilege of being invited to film a Bunngul (a traditional dance ceremony) in Garamala. This location is the sacred origin of the Wititj (Rainbow Serpent), the totem of the Gurruwiwi family. By being given permission to film this ceremony and sacred land we will be given unprecedented access and insight into Yolngu culture and ceremony - which we will ensure is shared with local archiving services for future generations to view and learn from. Sharing this in our film will support Djalu and Larry’s mission of sharing their culture with balanda (non-Indigenous) audiences. **Any donations towards supporting this vital trip are greatly appreciated. Our target is $5,000 AUD to help pay for transportation and food costs for the Bunngul in Garramala - if all of our followers donated $10 each we would meet our target!** We are supported by @documentaryaustralia, which makes all donations tax deductible.

We went today to Foreign & Commonwealth Office as a part of the Open Day in #London
We’ve been living here almost 10 years and never used this chance to see historical buildings. Once a year they open places where normally you can’t go.
We haven’t met the cat 🐱Palmerston, the Chief Mouser, unfortunately, but we bought a mug with his photo and they told us a lot of stories about him. He is really in good hands 🤗
Afternoon Tea @ Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Due to a limit on the number of reservations for tea, the ladies experienced the “upstairs” treatment of a proper English afternoon tea, including small sandwiches, crumpets, cakes and scones with clotted cream and jams. Meanwhile the men (and my wife) were relegated to the “downstairs” experience of baguettes, bratwurst and Cokes!! Quite a contrast. Highclere Castle is a beautiful place to visit and tour. The grounds and gardens are meticulously maintained and make for a wonderful visit to this historic and now recently famous destination in the center of the English countryside.

#ad Despite the typical British rainy weather, I’m celebrating #InternationalOrganicDay with @YeoValley today. How gorgeous is this bee 🐝 made from organic, locally sourced fruit, veg and flowers?!
Organic farming is vital to help maintain a biodiverse environment… and of course, to save the bees! The bees are one of our most important animals, being crucial for the pollination of some of our favourite foods. So help save the bees and eat organic :-)
One morning, you just wake up with that warm, cozy feeling deep down in the pit of your stomach; that nearly perfect, feeling that all is well. That you are okay. You’ll feel safe and loved and secure in all that you are. You’ll feel as though the world isn’t quite as scary as you thought it was, that just being alive isn’t quite so daunting. You’ll feel as though the pressure has finally been lifted off of your tired shoulders, and you’ll finally be able to fill your lungs with a breath of fresh air. And after all of the worries, anxieties, and pain you have endured for months, even years, you are finally feel good. And this feeling of goodness, this feeling of being okay, catch you by surprise. You wonder if it is real, or if you are only dreaming. You’ll wonder if this feeling is fleeting, because after all of the hurt you have been through, this warmth feel far too good to be true. But it is here to stay. It is here because you’ve made it over the side of the mountain. You’ve finally made it through the hardships. You’re bruised and battered, and your heart is aching, but the world is finally light again. You have outrun the darkness and come out on the other side. And this relief floods your soul, this goodness envelops you, you just realize that this is what real happiness feels like.. @placesinuk
