I’m just sitting hear think about my greatest “problems “in life and just about if not all of them started with my mindset and negative thoughts.Choose to persevere they’re not problems there learning experiences learn from the past and attack the present. Those experiences are your tools for life embrace them and use them to build your future. We are never given more than we can handle stop being held prisoner to your own mind and take control!!!And only then you will truly fill what living life to its fullest is like!
Atlanta🔥🔥🔥🔥 Please help me congratulate Ms Wadlington on her new Maxima. She wanted the perfect pre-owned vehicle, but wanted from a person she could trust.

We tend to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of skills, habits and knowledge around us. It's natural that we get confused about where to start.
In my personal experience, I have noticed that where you start is not as important as just starting and being consistent with whatever you are doing. -
A bad plan followed consistently is better than a good plan done irregularly.
Choose your kick and start practising it diligently.
On our new podcast episode, we go over the topic of consistency, link in bio!
Some security bars we manufactured this past week.
Customer is painting them👊
Break Ins are a real thing around here and You have to do what you can to prevent it. If they want it bad enough they will take but 💪💪. Vs😢 Nothing material is worth dying over but hope you get my point.
Okay so these videos are in the reverse order of how we did these sets
But we worked up to a HEAVY single of 300lb bench press after 2 sets of 275x3. Man was this one getting stuck.. I never use spotters (it’s kind of a mental game i have with myself) so this could’ve went south very fast, but we pulled through and it was a good day 💪🏽
Now that I’m thinking about it this is the first time I’ve touched 300lb I’m probably 6 months or more. Refreshing. .
But be smart and stay safe out there lifting guys ✊🏽 always push yourself but you have to know your body and what it’s capable of. I’ve got 6+ years of this stuff under my belt now and by no means would I call myself a veteran just yet, but I do know my body and its limits.
I took a break to post this so now let’s get back to this #chestpump ✔️🔥
Another successful girls’ trip in the books! We are all busy running our own businesses and each year converge for a couple of days to reconnect. These two have been in my corner for YEARS. 💜💜💜 I’m lucky. Thank you #vegas , thank you @theneonmuseumlasvegas for the yoga, thank you @magicmikelive for the opportunity to slow dance with my friends!
JESS, MESS, MONEY… @jesshilarious_official is making us laugh and making money too. Whether you love her for “My name is Jess with the mess and my news is real” or you know her from #wildnout , chances are you have come across her funny antics on IG. I started following Jess when she was still in Baltimore, and she was consistently making viral videos for her loyal followers. I’ve watched her grind for her dream. It’s not about agreeing with her comedy because if you laughed at one joke, she’s successfully done her job. I like her story because it’s not perfect; it’s full of highs and lows and a wrong decision here and there too. It’s real life and not staged for cameras. Jess works very hard and makes money by handling her business professionally with qualified experts on her team. Viral videos don’t automatically make you a comedic actor, investing in your talents behind the scenes does. Social media creates opportunities but your talent, work ethic, and character keep doors open to more significant influence once these opportunities are created. She is living proof to not despise small beginnings and to take the leap of faith needed to manifest your dreams. It doesn’t matter what your socioeconomic status or culture is. You must be worth it to you. No one could walk out Jess dreams for her but her. Jess, thank you for believing in yourself. Thank you for having a backbone strong enough to learn from every failure. Thank you for protecting your fans (like when the young woman who favored you, passed away). Thank you for protecting your son (nothing like a mother's love). Thank you for publicly discussing how you made some of your career decisions (like not returning to Wild N Out). Thank you for displaying multiple streams of income. Thank you for showing there is nothing impossible with God.
