🍫Chocolate Protein Pop Tart🍫
🍫An easy-to-prepare and fully baked homemade protein pop tart that’s completely macro-friendly!
Using one of my low-calorie/low-carb flatbread from @cutdacarb as my crust, I was able to put together this delicious healthy snack!
Macros on the whole pop tart:
142Cals 17.5P/2F/13C and 5g of Fiber!
Ingredients I used:
🔸1/3 of a Cut Da Carb Flatbread
🔸3g Coconut Flour
🔸10g Chocolate protein powder
🔸5g @flavoredpbco Chocolate PB Powder (or regular cocoa powder works too)
🔸1-2 Splenda Packets
🔸35g Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
🔸25g Cold water
▪️Mix dry ingredients first. But not your sprinkles. Get all the clumps out.
▪️Add Greek yogurt and mix well.
▪️Add your 25g cold water, add slowly and mix. You may or may not need the whole 25g.
▪️Place in fridge to thicken and preheat oven to 400F.
▪️Cut your flat bread into 1/3 and then cut the 1/3 in half making two squares.
▪️Place 2/3 of your chocolate mix onto one square in the middle. Place top square over and wet the edges of the wrap to help seal it closed. Push edges with a fork. Put remaining mix in fridge.
▪️Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and also spray the top of the pop tart with some too to help brown it.
▪️Cook for 6 minutes or so. Remove from oven and allow to cool before adding the remaining mix.
▪️Top with whatever you like! Sprinkles are a must!

Next time you squat, lift something off the floor, unload the dishwasher, or go throw a ball practice this principle so that it becomes a subconscious action to prevent injury and properly transmit forces. 💪🏾

15 DB side raises (10lbs)
Walking lunges the length of the room with 10lb weights!
20 body weight jump squats
Then 3.... 1 minute planks to feel the burn 🔥!
