Happy Saturday! 😄 It’s a beautiful day here in MN and an every better day for a full body workout! This one is a little chaotic and random, but it sure left me sweating & tirrreeeddd 😅 What’s your favorite full body/combination move to do?!

The lifts include:
1️⃣-6️⃣ One big set: 5 rounds, 10 reps each move
7️⃣ Cable crunch (5 rounds of 5 straight leg raises & 5 knees to chest crunches) **These are more on the difficult side 😅** Also, I was trying to show you how to get the strap on your feet but I couldn’t get it comfortable right away so sorry for the fumbling 😂
8️⃣ Weighted hyperextensions (5 rounds of 20 reps)
9️⃣ Suspended ab crunch (5 sets of 10 reps)
