This is blissful 😍 and the perfect way to end my day 💜💜 Have you tried adding Patchouli to your evening cuppa?
You certainly don’t need much, I used the ‘toothpick method’ [popped a toothpick inside the oil bottle to get a dip] to get the tiniest amount of oil and then I swirled the toothpick into my black tea.
Delicious, calming and sleep inducing. The perfect way to end the day 💜😴 Have you tried doing this with Bergamot? It turns your cuppa of black tea into a delicious earl grey ☕️😉
Don’t mind me, I’m over here, on cloud 9 ☁️ after another AMAZING market this morning [so grateful for your support 🙌🏻💗] and I am sipping on a delicious cuppa 😋
We always long for something new. That is the nature of our world. We feed on emotions.
How do you reset your mind, even when you’re dealing with immense stress?
According to Tony Robbins the secret is in moving your body. Emotion is created by motion. In other words, emotions are linked to movement in our bodies and massage provides it in a passive way for a customer. Massage and especially healing techniques I teach to my students and apply during the session with my customers are a perfect way to give your body and soul what is needed. 🙌
I always break the stereotypes of traditional massage and give an opportunity to feel something special both to a client and myself. Put ❤ and I'm waiting for your comments 🙌

#throwback 😍 One year ago, Eid in hospital. One month before this day I didn’t even think I would ever have another Eid😊
One painful year later, I’m in one piece AND walking about, married to an amazing woman, & about to start another chapter of life in Sydney. The worst is over🔥
Another way of looking at it would be that I’ve had a year full of pain, surgeries, excruciating physiotherapy, filled with depression. I am barely back walking & finally restarting work. It can seem like a lost year. But that would be the wrong way to look at it.
Life is never perfect. It’s what we make of it. We will be happy if we CHOOSE to be happy.
Choose wisely, appreciate the good things you have, aim for bigger & better things!
To another year & another Eid! 😊

1. In a relationship
2. Considering to be in a relationship
3. Single, but craving for one
I've seen way too many people, (including my previous self) rushed into a relationship for some reasons but it broke down very soon for the same reasons.
A lot of people get into a relationship because they feel lonely. They feel incomplete. They feel they are not enough. They feel they cannot be happy by themselves. They feel their life is less complete, less enough, less fulfilled by themselves alone.
This is even made worse when your friends around you are all in a relationship and SEEM happier.
The clichés in all romance movies, "I don't know who I am without you", "you complete me", "you complete my life", "I was lost until I found you", "I've never been so happy until you came into my life".. We all know these are all romantic cheesy lines to make the movies better. But somehow they changed how we think of ourselves and relationship, which unfortunately, is utterly wrong.
They are telling us that we are a broken/less complete individual, we are not complete, we are not enough, our life is not complete unless we found a partner, we can't truly be happy by ourselves alone, and it has to be done by someone else.
With that perception in mind, we have a generation with low self-esteem, easily depressed, who think they are not enough, they are not complete, they cannot find happiness without having a relationship. And eventually these people got into a relationship and they suffer from it, even more.
They come to me and the first thing I look at and ask them is not their relationship with their partner. I ask them 'Are you having a relationship with YOURSELF?' 'What's the relationship like with YOURSELF?'. Let that sink in for awhile.
Some people are so desperate for a relationship with someone, but don't even have a relationship with THEMSELVES. Read this 10 times until you get it. Because this is so important.
