Here is a rare double post in one night, but it seems important. I've always been a person of routine, and being so busy throws me off balance a bit. No gym, less sleep, shitty food and I skipped AA this week. All of the answers are here. I know what I have to do to keep my mind healthy. Sometimes I just fall off track. I meditated for the preliminary sketch of this painting and had a good little cry. I feel much better. And I am stoked to dive into this new painting. Tommorrow. Because now I'm tired. Goodnight. xo
