Happy Monday!! Off to Tokyo today, and what better brekkie pre-flight than a smoothie bowl?!✌🏼💖
In my blended bowl as a base is: frozen spinach, cauliflower and strawberries. Splash of water. @fage nonfat Greek. @amazinggrass super food. Thennnn... topped w/ fresh strawbs + blackberries and @lovelilbucks cacao! Lil Bucks is a gluten free super food, made from buckwheat, and has 6g protein and low sugar per serving! A great and yummy alternative to granola :) definitely not a long term replacement for my go-to granola favs, but so yummy and exciting to try! •
Have a happy Monday, and stay tuned for my Tokyo foodie pics :)) xx

Capitals finally get back to wining in Dallas!
This matchup was featured with the backup goalies starting for both teams. Wilson got the scoring started as the caps second line capitalized on a double minor power play. In the second, Carlson made a caught the puck to keep it in the zone and get a pass back from Hathaway to score. Kuznetsov then scored on a breakaway to go up by 3. Dallas finally got on the board 7 minutes into the third on a wrap around goal. This was the second goal Samsonov allowed in 2 starts. Dallas emptied the net with 2 minutes left but Ovi scores with seconds left. Samsonov is now 2-0-0 in his starts this year. Will we see more of him in the future?

As a few of you all may now our family has had to say our farewells to our beloved Buck this past week. Our family had Buck for over 15 years; we were so blessed to have him not only as a pet but as a family member. Buck taught us what unconditional love was and saw my family through our darkest times. Buck loved each of us even when we couldn't love ourselves. Buck would cuddle up to each of us whenever he could and always had a loving light in his eyes. Buck was and is a huge part of my life. We got him when I was about 9 yrs old, and he was there with me through all stages of my childhood and into adulthood. I had the distinct pleasure of seeing Buck evolve from a little puppy to an old mad dog and everything in between. Even as we approached the end of Buck's time on earth I would look into his eyes and see that same mischievous pup we met all those years back. Learning of Buck's passing is hard for me, and although I type this with tears streaming down my face, knowing he is free of pain and at peace running around heaven my heart is heavy but hopeful knowing we will all see eachother again. While you may be talking that walk across the rainbow bridge know that you have left your pawprint on many hearts. Rest in peace and love Buck Owens Vaughan.
